Mount Cimone, in the heart of the Apennines, is home to a well-equipped ski resort with over 50 km of slopes.
The descents are all connected by modern lifts and are accessible with a single ski pass. There are slopes for difficulty levels: beginners (blue runs), intermediate (blue-red runs), experts (black runs).
During the winter, the snow cover is always guaranteed both by abundant and frequent snowfalls and by an artificial snow system covering about 80% of the ski.
For those who want to learn to ski independently, on the territory there are several ski schools that rely on qualified teachers of the Italian Winter Sports Federation.
Besides skiing and snowboarding it is also possible to practice cross-country and participate in hiking in the snow.
In summer, the fun continues outdoors with hiking and mountain biking along trails, streams and in the surrounding forests. You can organize a picnic outdoor or in the well-equipped mountain lodges of Mount Cimone.
Adults and children can also have fun at the Adventure Park on tibetan bridges, climbing walls and descended on rails.
